An explanation of personality profiling

There are four personality profiles within which everyone can be grouped ...

Choleric : The extrovert, the doer and the optimist
Melancholic: The introvert, the thinker and the pessimist
Phlegmatic : The introvert, the watcher and the pessimist
Sanguine : The extrovert, the talker and the optimist

The selections made when completing the personality assessment questionnaire are used to determine within which personality group you best fit.

Once the personality profile has been determined; it is a simple matter to create a personality analysis ( given above ) which describes a person who has the traits that make them fit a particular personality profile group.
